Tommy is a co-founding member of Splooge. He writes the compelling and intricate lyrics that speak about the world of New Jersey and the people who inhabit it. Tommy works his day job as a bartender from where he can observe the World that he writes about in Splooge's songs.

Mike is a co-founding member of Splooge. As lead guitarist, he creates the searing riffs and solos that accentuate the emotions of the songs. Mike has opearted his own construction company Mike Novy Construction, for over twenty years.

Jeff joined the band in the early 2000's as their bassist. He sings backup vocals and writes the lyrics to some of the songs. Jeff's bass playing drives the sound of the band with it's active lead riffs that recall greats such as the Rolling Stones' Mick Taylor and blues bassist Jaco Pastorius.

Drew joined Splooge in the late 1990's as their drummer. The backbeat of the band, Drew's dynamic playing gives personality to such all time Splooge classic songs as, Wildebeest, Make it Through The Day, and The Irish Folk Song. Drew works by day as a salesman for a materials handling and shipping company.
